I am very much satisfied with the service. I asked for car wash, the car wash was performed but still it was not that good. There were some stains in the front of the car. He walked me through the entire process of leasing indepth so that I could fully understand the decision I was making. I then test drove the A3 and fell in love. Richardson was our guide and was extremely helpful and knowledgable about the car I was interested in. With his and Rance's help, I was able to leave with my first, brand new Audi!
