I was immediately greeted with a warm welcome by the ACS Service Team, the service items were reviewed and confirmed with an estimated waiting time. They have a great waiting area inside the showroom with complimentary refreshments, Wi-Fi, power outlets and Cable TV. Great Buying Experience An easy purchase...Gene Elperin was my sales contact and he did a fabulous job...I repeat and highly recommend--Gene Elperin!!! He showed me both the A6 and A7 and took me for drives in each. We used the electric cart to show me the inventory. Gene helped me make the decision which was ultimately for the A7. He listened to my needs and provided great feedback. NO PRESSURE WHATSOEVER and no nonsense like holding the keys to the trade-in vehicle to keep me in the showroom. When it came time to negotiate the deal, he presented my offer to Ron, sales manager, who was also a pleasure and gentleman to deal with (believe it or not there can be pleasure in purchasing a new car!). After some limited negotiations directly with Ron, the deal was made. The support staff was equally enjoyable with whom to interface--both in preparing the initial documents and then signing the papers with the finance representative, Trance (sp), who was equally accommodating and another no-pressure guy. After day after the purchase was closed, I went in and Gene sat with me for 1 1/2 hours going through the car's operation, technology, electronics, etc. Overall this was a five-star experience and I look forward to having my car serviced at Audi of Coral Springs, enjoying their comforable waiting room and fine selection of coffees. When we called to see if they had a car for us to text drive we callled and made an appointment to come and the car. We were not ready to turn our other car in yet. We still had three months left on our lease and were just "looking!" We went down and met with Anthony Segreto who we helped us lease our S4. He treated us like an old friend and was incrediblely helpful in not only having A3 convertibles available for us to see and drive. Even though we thought we'd wait until our lease was up he and Larry from service were able to come up with such a good deal we couldn't resist driving it home the same day. We live much closer to another Audi dealership but working with all the people at Coral Springs Audi making leasing and service such a pleasure we feel it is worth the drive.
