Above and Beyond I have always ranked the car buying experience on the same par as going to the dentist and car salesmen as dracula! But this was totally different! I have always ranked the car buying experience on the same par as going to the dentist and car salesmen as dracula! But this was totally different! Tony was fantastic! He was patient and knowledgeable and listened to my needs and desires and made me laugh . He found the PERFECT car for me although I can be pretty difficult. Tony stayed at the dealership until after midnight making sure that everything was perfect and I knew how to operate the features of the car. He made the experience a totally positive one! He is so wonderful and so concerned with his customers that he actually came to my house and delivered my new plates and went over the operation features of my car with me again! Not only did I get the car of my dreams but I gained a new valued friend. James in finance must be mentioned too! He is so nice and accommodating - love him too! I do believe that I will drive an Audi A3 for the rest of my life and will buy them from Tony! More

BUYER BEWARE WE BOUGHT AN AUDI Q5 CERTIFIED PREOWNED FOR OUR SON. THERE WERE 2 BLACK ONES NEXT TO EACH OTHER. WE QUESTIONED MR BAPTISTA ABOUT ANY ACCIDENTS IN TH WE BOUGHT AN AUDI Q5 CERTIFIED PREOWNED FOR OUR SON. THERE WERE 2 BLACK ONES NEXT TO EACH OTHER. WE QUESTIONED MR BAPTISTA ABOUT ANY ACCIDENTS IN THE CARS HISTORY AND COULD WE SEE A CARFAX FOR THIS CAR. HE SHOWED US A CLEAN CARFAX AND STATED NO ACCIDENTS. 10 MONTHS LATER OUR SON MOVED AWAY AND WE TRIED TO SELL THE CAR BACK TO AUDI CORAL SPRINGS AND THEYS SAID THE CAR HAD BEEN IN A TERRIBLE ACCIDENT AND TOWED AWAY. WE PULLED THE CARFAX AND INDEED IT WAS IN A TERRIBLE CAR ACCIDENT 12 MONTHS BEFORE WE BOUGHT IT. WE WENT TO MARK LONDON AND HE SAID NOTHING COULD BE DONE. WE WENT TO THE DEALERSHIP MANAGER AND HE SAID THE ACCIDENT PROBABLY WASNT REPORTED PRIOR TO THE CARFAX BECAUSE IT MUST HAVE HAPPENED WITHIN 2 MONTHS OF AUDI BUYING IT. ! WRONG!! THE ACCIDENT HAPPENED 12 MONTHS AND WOULD HAVE SHOWED ON THE CARFAX. NO ONE WOULD HELP US!!! NOTHING COULD BE DONE. WE WENT TO OUR FAMILY ATTORNEY AND HE SAID SINCE THEY DIDN'T GIVE US THE CARFAX WE HAD NO PROOF. LESSON LEARNED- ALWAYS HAVE A PRINTED OUT CARFAX AND MATCH THE VIN NUMBERS BEFORE YOU BUY. If we lived in Florida we would 100% buy from Coral Springs. More
