Also even though the service, friendliness, loaning of a courtesy car, etc. was excellent; it was troublesome to get the towing service to bring the vehicle into the dealership (too many missed set times to pick the car). By the way, James is excelent !!! More

We had set our minds on a color (volcano red) and model (Q5) so we went on a test drive and were sold! Now we only had to discuss cost of the 48 month lease.
