From the moment we walked into the dealership, we were treated like family. We went in near closing (b/c we were just planning on looking) and ended up staying hours after closing. We never at all felt rushed or felt like we were being "pushed" to purchase. Both Jeff and Alex took the time to go over every aspect of the car. We left purchasing the q5 and could not be happier with the purchase. We were overly satisfied with the level of customer service we received and how knowledgeable our sales associates were. More

After talking to Jeff and viewing both the S6 and RS5, we elected to purchase the RS5...a bit more sporty for the older man of the house. We had a great sales experience... had some lively pricing discussions and we agreed on very fair price. In fact, we decided not to head over to BMW to see our salesman there to look at M4/M5's. We also had a great experience with their finance guy, James Phillips. I would recommend Coral Springs Audi to anyone looking for an Audi. More

I was extremely happy that it was actually a pleasant experience to where the sales manager as well came and spoke to me personally and a deal was worked out pretty quickly. Can't believe I got a new car. I came upon this dealership without an appointment ,and little did I know my car was up for the 25K service. My 25k service notification was showing up on my instrument panel and wanted to ask if they could shut it off since I still had some time before my service was due. Since I did not have an appointment, I had not even thought about getting the service. I was greeted by Brendan Smith, he explained that I did not need the service at that point in time but would accommodate me if I chose to do so. He provided me with some additional services and checked my treads. I did have the service performed, but when I declined some of the additional services, there was no pressure. Brendan was professional, courteous and did what it took to get the job done right. More

Because of my specific needs it was not readily available; however a car with a few more options was onsite. The salesman worked with me to get a price for the car on the lot and also what my ideally packaged car would cost. They were willing to accommodate either path I wanted to take. After some negotiations, where the dealership was happy to wait for me to make calls to my wife who was out of town working, we were able to come to a very reasonable price for the car on the lot. This deal was mutually beneficially to myself and the dealership. The finance department was great to work with and I drove the car home that day. I was able to work with them over the next few days to specifically decide on which warranty and dealer add ons I wanted, all negotiations were relaxed and easy. I highly recommend this dealership and I look forward to working with them in the future. More
