Alexander was extremely courteous, personable and professional and was very patient with my husband's "negotiating" tactics. We walked out the dealership 3 hours later with a brand new beautiful Q7 and Alexander went above and beyond and took even more time showing us all the new technology since we last had the car though it was way after closing time. The experience was so wonderful that I chose to drive back to Coral Springs for my 5ooo service where I was again graced with a very kind and pleasant service adviser named David. Everything was done in a timely and punctual manner and the waiting room was quite peaceful. David was sweet enough to thank me for driving all the way from Aventura and said that they just opened up a new and closer location in Ft. Lauderdale which may be more convenient for me. I thought that was thoughtful of him to think of the customer's happiness first. The Coral Springs Audi dealership is first class all the way around and well worth the drive! More

Excellent service, helpful staff, Brendan performance 10 X10 I have a slow leak on one of my Q7 2013 Audi, I stopped at Audi Coral Springs Service Garage without an appointment, Brendan my service agent was very I have a slow leak on one of my Q7 2013 Audi, I stopped at Audi Coral Springs Service Garage without an appointment, Brendan my service agent was very helpful in checking the tire in question & found a nail in a spot that the Tire is not fixable, he checked with the service department & found me a Tire in stock, while I was waiting he direct me to the lounge to have a Refreshment while I was waiting to replace my tire, in short period the Car was ready & washed & cleaned in & out, Brendan was so helpful in checking my insurance coverage on the Tire , I asked him to help me programing my Bluetooth System since I have changed my Phone recently & I did not have Phone connection in my Car, he did it with pleasure , for that & all of his performance I give him 10 out of 10 in every category & I would recommend Audi Coral Springs to all my associates.
