A wonderful, reliable, honest and efficient dealership. I recently had a recall on my S4. I called and was greated promptly, made an appointment for service and was ready to have to wait forever to get work I recently had a recall on my S4. I called and was greated promptly, made an appointment for service and was ready to have to wait forever to get work down. That was not the case! James in service greeted me promptly. He said recall was goingi to take under an hour but he noticed that my car was going to need service in a couple of months. I travel almost an hour to get to this dealership because they have been so wonderful to lease my cars from and didn't really want to have to drive back down to Coral Springs again so I said to go ahead and do the service. I was out of the dealership in under an hour with all service completed. This is a wonderful dealership to work with! They are worth the hour drive to get to them. I look forward to doing business with them in thefuture. More

To avoid the wait while my car was being serviced, I was provided with a courtesy car (which was ready to drive away within 5 mins). I was given expert advice on the various Audi warranty packages available (without the hard sell) and recommended the best option to suit my requirements. My overall experience yesterday reminded me why my family and I choose Audi. Keep it up. More

James Edmonds has been my most excellent service advisor EVER. It's an easy entrance now that it's computerized. The loaner cars and accounting staff are great. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone interested in Audis, which handle and drive superbly, especially with Quattro. Make sure you ask for James as your service advisor! Seven Audi vehicles later..and I'm more impressed than ever I own 4 Audi automobiles presently, and it's not enough that they are the safest and best vehicles that I have ever owned. I have been so impressed by the way in which the dealership has taken care of me and my family that when I compare the experience with those I've had at other dealerships, Audi and non-Audi, there is nowhere else I could possibly consider buying my cars. I especially commend Jeff Klukis who has sold me six of my seven Audis and is always a delight to work with. I would be remiss if I did not also glorify James Edmonds who has taken care of each of the seven Audis I have owned. These are two very special people in my life and I actually look forward to my service appointments (unusual eh?). Bottom line....this is an exceptional team of sales, service, and management. I consider them as friends and not as adversaries.....quite the opposite of the usual dread that the mere thought of going to a dealership to buy a car usually elicits for most people. I will continue to be a huge fan of Coral Springs Audi as long as I am driving!! More
