Warrany Service + new tire I was told by Steve Meyer some time ago that I would need new rear tires by the Fall for my Audi. After a previous visit to replace one of the tires, I was told by Steve Meyer some time ago that I would need new rear tires by the Fall for my Audi. After a previous visit to replace one of the tires, because of a nail, I decided that this would be a good time to replace the other one since the car was due for a major warranty service. I called and Steve gave me a convenient date. When I arrived I was greeted and told it would take about three hours. A loner car was waiting for me. When I returned the car was ready and everything was taken care of and checked. I appreciate Steve's calm manner and his ability to make everything go smoothly. More

Warranty Grill Replacement Just relocated to FL from TX and noticed that there was a blemish on my grill. I was passing by the dealership and on a whim decided to stop in and a Just relocated to FL from TX and noticed that there was a blemish on my grill. I was passing by the dealership and on a whim decided to stop in and ask if this was covered under the manufacturer warranty. I was greeted by David Maddox. He was inviting and listened to what I had to say. He assured me that the blemish was covered under the warranty and within 10 minutes had taken my information and ordered the part. A few days later when the part arrived, David called me and we set up an appointment. The work was done ahead of the promiced time, the work was good, and again, Dave was very professional. The overall experience was a great one. More

"One heck of a Birthday present!" I have always given Audi Coral Springs the highest of ratings from all perspectives up until that "dreaded" day - and before that so-called "dreaded" I have always given Audi Coral Springs the highest of ratings from all perspectives up until that "dreaded" day - and before that so-called "dreaded" day, my experiences at your dealership have always been awesome. However these ratings are based on that one dreaded day, the day of my trade-in/buying experience - and what took place on that day (my Birthday nonetheless) was extremely disappointing. The following are my thoughts/feelings in no particular order and no one can take them away from me. I felt as though I was deceived, cheated, robbed, pressured, the recipient of games being played and the list of negatives goes on. To have my 2011 Audi A4 trade-in value go from $20,000 -$21,000 (that's what you appraised my car just several months/2000 miles ago) to initially $15 thousand something to the absolute final offer of $16000 was absolutely absurd/insulting! I was given every ridiculous/irrational reason in the world why that happened – in essence, I was treated as though I was a total moron/fool. I either got a super deal on my new car and a real lousy deal on my trade-in or I paid full price for my new car (which is not what should have happened because I am a Audi Club North America (ACNA) member and was entitled to 6% off the MSRP) and a fair deal on my trade-in. Well your dealership and I both know what game was played here - make the customer think that they're getting a really good deal on the new car, but then rob them on the trade-in. I really shouldn't be so offended/insulted/mad because it's just business - where you try to maximize your own profit at the expense of the customer. Moreover, I shouldn't have taken it so personally because you probably do it to everyone. However, I'm not just anyone and as a teacher of 43 years where principles, honesty, respect, fairness/treating people right is what I'm all about and it's also what I expect from others - again stupid me! Before going to buy my new car on that dreaded day, I went to Kelly Blue Book's website to get a sense of what my trade-in was worth - and it was approximately $20,726. I didn't expect to get the full "what's your car worth" value, but it did me a ballpark figure. Furthermore after that dreaded day, I went to AutoTrader.com and received what’s called “Your Instant Trade-in Offer” and it was $18,194 guaranteed for 72 hours. However, then I noticed that my now ex-Audi A4 is presently being sold at your dealership for the Internet Price of $23,992. Wow - I was ever robbed! Moreover, to use the fact that if I traded my car to someone/some other company other than yours as a pawn to get me to deal with your dealership made me feel as though I was caught between a rock and a hard place/pressured – that also really stunk! This is how your dealership treats customers and especially a second-time buyer. I use to be a walking ad for your dealership, but now I am going to be walking mad! In hindsight, I was so very mad at myself/kicking myself for not walking out and telling that Sales Manager (his name escapes me at the moment) to sell that 2015 Audi S3 to some other sucker. What probably happened was that I got so caught up in the fact that it was my Birthday and thus thought for one crazy moment thought that this was meant to be – stupid me! Again, I was so afraid that this was going to happen and it did. I get the 6% off from being an Audi Club North America (ACNA) member and you give me that much less back or even still less on my trade-in - I absolutely hated being part of that game! However, now I would like to thank Audi Coral Springs for teaching me an extremely valuable lesson – that being if and when I buy another Audi, then I will not inform the dealership that I am ACNA member until they appraise my car in writing – thank you for teaching me how to play the game! For what it’s worth, I’d like to let you know that what took place on 10/04/14 tainted my car/my enthusiasm for my car – but I will eventually get past this. Please note that my Audi Brand Specialist Nick Duarte was awesome throughout the whole ordering/getting ready to purchase process (and so was Neil Ambrosio) and Mike Radowski was super on that day/did all he possibly could on that day - although he also was caught between a rock and a hard place. Moreover, Geno Walsh was always professional, personable and extremely helpful up until that dreaded day - and interesting enough on that day he appeared to avoid me/the situation. Furthermore as I have shared many times previously, my Service Advisor James Edmonds is the absolute best (that is why I just might continue to still use your service department) and he was a major factor in my buying another Audi from your dealership – again stupid me! As amazing as James is, that should not have been reason enough to purchase a car from your dealership - as the whole ordering/purchasing process experience is what matters! I do want to say again that up until that dreaded day, my experience with your dealership was nothing less than amazing. Nonetheless, because that dreaded day tainted all of the other previous positive experiences I've had with your dealership, I will never ever buy another car from your dealership again - and I will share my sad but true story with as many people as I can. More

The attention to details really made my experience special to me. Julian was great and genuine, he wanted to make sure I was comfortable at all times and never felt pressured. Even when it got down to business it never got awkward, nor did I feel a shift in attitudes. When I got to finance Jim was so sweet and made me feel very comfortable. He really made me feel appreciated. Before I left the dealership Julian made sure I understood not only how to use the features on my new car but directions how to get home.
