Steve Meyer - The best thing happened to AUDI Coral Spring I was driving on i95 where there was a wooden plank lying out of nowhere..Bamm..Got flat tire.. Took it to AUDI CORAL SPRING the next day and Steve to I was driving on i95 where there was a wooden plank lying out of nowhere..Bamm..Got flat tire.. Took it to AUDI CORAL SPRING the next day and Steve took care of everything.. I bought the car from here so these guys just pulled my records quickly and confirmed that I am covered for flat tire.But the happiness went out of the window when I came to know that the wheel also got damage because of which they need to change it too. I got 19 inch black optics package wheel which is like 750$ a piece.. Now to get it claimed the inspector need to check the car and I can't get it back in 2 days.. Moreover there is a chance that the inspector might not like what he see and reject the claim. So its like 1200 $$.. that too for one set of tyre and wheel.. xxxx.. After 2 days I got the call from Steve " Sir your car is ready".. I said ok, do I need to pay for the wheel/type ? He said NOO.. holy s***.. I was in the office screamed to my colleagues "lets go for happy hour man". I went back to pick my car and they also did a 5k servicing and cleaned it.. Thank you AUDI Coral Spring and special thank to STEVE(head of service dept) for all the help without any inconvenience. More
Buying an Audi A4 I had looked at a car earlier this year at Audi of Coral Springs but it wasn't the right car for me. Could of had my business Was in the market for a new A6. Researched inventory throughout the state and called 6 dealerships in whose cars met my specs and I would drive off th Was in the market for a new A6. Researched inventory throughout the state and called 6 dealerships in whose cars met my specs and I would drive off the lot. Talked to Nick Paserba about getting a quote on a few cars he had on the lot that i would possibly buy. Told Nick I was doing the same with a few other dealerships and that after the 1st round of quotes, i would tell all who were involved the best price (not the dealership) and give them 1 more chance to submit a quote. After that, i was going to buy my car. No hassle, everyone gets a fair shot. Period. If the dealership didn't want to do business that way, I understood. Most dealerships were fine with the process and did it professionally. Nick was fine with this and stated he would get back to me. I got a fair original quote from him on 1 car only (a 2014 they wanted off the lot) and then things went downhill. With all other dealerships, I dealt with only 1 sales rep. They contacted me by my preferred method of email or cell. While waiting for all quotes to come in, I get a phone message at my home phone from a Geno Walsh, stating that his "best customer" is making a bid and i better hurry to get the car. Ok. Wouldn't you want to get your best customer the car. Hmmmm…i called Nick to find out why this guy called and was just told that they are working together and they want to get my business. Later that day, I get another message (again on my home phone) from a Brendan Smith stating that he is working with Nick. Alright. A bit annoying but by no means would it not have me buy a car from them. After receiving all quotes I sent an email to all participants involved stating the best price and said that they had till noon the next day to give a final offer and that would be it. I received all other quotes quickly except from Coral Springs. After not hearing from Nick, I called the dealership to find out it was Nick's day off. I left a message with Brendan that I would send him the email which i sent to other participants. i received a call (to my home) later that day and i picked it up. It was Brendan. Instead of just giving me a price quote (like all other dealerships did), I started to get grilled on where I am from, how am I paying for the car, what is the main factors behind my purchase. These questions were all going on while I had a crying 1 year old that was awoken from his nap and that I answered to Nick the previous day. He gave me a quote, (low-balled me once he found out I wasn't financing). I looked at the "out-the-door" price, in which their "documentation/processing fees" were $400 more than the other Audi dealers. I wrote Brendan stating that I wasn't happy about our previous phone call and that I was wondering why his fees were so much higher than other dealerships. To his credit, he wrote back stating that it was not his intent to make me feel pressured, but he gave no explanation on his fees. Either way, between Nick not staying as my sales rep, phone calls to the home from geno and brendan, and the out the door price being a bit shady, I decided to go with another dealership's offer. Wrote an email to all losing dealerships, thanking for taking participation, and wishing them well. All except Coral Springs, wrote back thank you. Instead (and this is the only reason why i am writing this review), i receive an email from Nick, stating that I must of used his price, went to my local dealer, and got the deal. This was the exact opposite of what i told Nick i was going to do in the beginning, in turn, Nick called me a liar. Wrong way to treat a potential customer. For the record, I bought from a dealership 3 hours 45 minutes from my home. A longer distance than Coral Springs. More

Disastrous Purchase - one and done :-( I went in intending to outright buy a brand new 2014 A4 quattro 6-speed but I got 'massaged' into a 'one-payment lease' which is just the same as a re I went in intending to outright buy a brand new 2014 A4 quattro 6-speed but I got 'massaged' into a 'one-payment lease' which is just the same as a regular lease with fancy rewording for people who can pay upfront. I love the car but I am SEVERELY disappointed in this purchase so much so that I want to trade in the vehicle immediately to remove the bad taste from my mouth. So I'm back in the market for a 2015 (two days later) which I am in the process of ordering - the good thing is I now know where NOT to go - very very disappointed with Coral Springs Audi - it's as if the customer service ends after you give 'em your money - couldn't even make a good faith token gesture to mitigate my displeasure, and retain my future business/loyalty. This was my first buying experience with an Audi dealership in the south and I can confirm the customer care is way better in the Midwest. Nick Duarte was great - about the only thing that went right with this purchase was meeting him. If I could buy from him again, I would...too bad. I've never understood how anyone in business is okay with having a good cash-paying customer walk away displeased - Coral Springs Audi apparently thinks nothing of it. More
