As usual - perfect Came in for my 25K service. But I had been hearing a strange sound - almost undetectable - at high speeds. Expected that I might be imagining it. Came in for my 25K service. But Steve Meyer (my usual Service Rep) insisted that I road test the car with (I'm not going to remember the gentleman's name, but I think the head of your Service Group) - so we did. He drove. We went fast, we went slow, we accelerated, we decelerated. We went on local streets, we went on the Highway. I was told that he suspected it was a bearing...not at all my imagination. So, it was taken care of - just like that. Too bad my doctor is not so patient and caring - my car gets better care than I do... As usual, this team is flawless... Thanks More

My New AUDI Dealer I came to AUDI Coral Springs after some disappointment with my prior dealer. I loved my AUDI TT, but I had some reoccuring problems that only I seeme I came to AUDI Coral Springs after some disappointment with my prior dealer. I loved my AUDI TT, but I had some reoccuring problems that only I seemed to be concerned about. So I was leary from the beginning. I had made some subtle inquiries regarding the availability of an AUDI TTS, Geno Walsh had called me and provided supportive encouragement. -and when I arrived at the dealership, turned me over to Richardson Baptiste. Richardson was confident and knowledgeable, certainly never arrogant or with that used car salesman swagger you sometimes find. He listened to me, made solid decisions based on my concerns, and then proceeded to offer me an incredible introduction to the automobile that would meet my needs. He was thorough and explicit when he needed to be, and responded to me as a buyer, rather than he as a seller. That subtle difference gained my trust and comfort in the dealer and the auto. Everything that followed - right up to the time I signed the sales contract - was equally fair, personable, client focused, positive, and ... it worked. There was no drudgery or exasperation here.
