Accommodating service personnel I recently developed a tire pressure warning the evening before an important trip abroad. To avoid being greeted by a flat tire at the Park N Fly thre I recently developed a tire pressure warning the evening before an important trip abroad. To avoid being greeted by a flat tire at the Park N Fly three days later, I tried changing the tire myself only to find that the affected tire was stuck and would not release from the hub. Not wanting to damage anything and with little time to spare, I decided to go directly to my dealership to see if I could get the issue resolved quickly. I didn’t have an appointment and literally just showed up later that evening. Fortunately James and his team took me right away, diagnosed and resolved the issue. Buying a car can be very stressful, but Tony did not add any stress and made the experience smooth. We additionally worked with Gino and Rance. While it was a short conversation with Gino, he was a pleasure to work with. He was very friendly and accommodating. Rance was truly genuine and very helpful — giving solid advice on how to protect and maintain the car. He even went as far as to offer payment and credit advice, teaching us things that apply to much more than a car. It was a delightful experience. From walking onto the lot to the drive home, I never felt pressured. In fact, the feeling was relief. Relief from annoying sales tactics and relief from pushy salesmen looking at you like your just their next commission. When I drove off in my new S5 I couldn't have been more pleased with how easy the whole process was and how accommodating Steve Bogar was. Outstanding Service! This dealership has being outstanding since my first Audi purchased back on 2006 but is getting better and better. About 2 years ago, I purchased an A This dealership has being outstanding since my first Audi purchased back on 2006 but is getting better and better. About 2 years ago, I purchased an A5 to my wife with Anthony and Larry and it was an outstanding experience, so last week as I was looking to replace my son's car I could not even dream of not stop by to discuss it with them. Guess out, got the new A3 that just came to the market. Once again, the whole team was excellent.
