I had the same car for the past 10 years (high school present) and I had been dreading the process of looking for a new car. I made a plan to check out Mercedes-Benz and Audi. I first went to Mercedes-Benz and had a truly horrible experience. I went by myself with my mother and they treated us like two "women who have no idea what they are doing". Not only was I spoken to as if I had no idea what "finance" was, the sales person repeatedly made inappropriate comments about my ability to pay and if I "needed my boyfriend there to negotiate." I then went to Audi Coral Springs based on a recommendation from a friend who had worked with Nick Duarte. Thank god for Nick and the whole team at this dealership because I was treated with the up-most respect, never rushed, and given honest advice/feedback. I never felt any pressure and was even allowed to take the car home that day so that I could test drive it for the night and next morning. I was so impressed by Nick Duarte's professionalism and cannot recommend him enough! This is THE only place to come for an Audi. Don't even waste your time anywhere else! More

The sales person we remembered was still there, and he had been promoted to sales manager. So he referred us to Mike Rakowski. Mike was extremely knowledgable, professional and patient. A deal we were very pleased with was reached in a short period of time, all necessary information was handled and within 2 hours we were driving home with our brand new Audi. More

My good experience with her and others that called just to check in convinced me that it was worth the four hour drive from Ocala to visit before pursuing other vehicle and dealership options I was considering. When I got to the dealership, Dick Cumberland was fantastic in every way. He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to be around. He gave me the space to look at the vehicle, making himself available to provide any information I needed without pressuring me or standing over my shoulder. On top of that, the Jeep was everything I could have hoped for and more! I couldn't be happier with the totality of my experience, from the vehicle itself to the people that I dealt with.
