The few times I've had to bring one of my 2 Audi's in for service, James has always been most helpful. He's explained the sophisticated electronic systems on my car. Not only did he facilitate a speedy repair, but helped my understand what was happening, most recently concerning the tire pressure monitor. I don't mind driving the extra distance to Audi Coral Springs (from Palm Beach) because I know I will be well received and the car will be properly attended to. While waiting for service to be completed, Tony D'Argenzio always finds time to chat about new Audi models and features and the competition. I'm looking forward to seeing Tony next year to order a new A8. More

Sales that goes above and beyond We were out for a ride looking at cars for our son. I had researched Audi's, and we decided to go by the dealership and take a look. They were already closed, but we decided to stroll on the lot anyway. Well, Mike Rakowski happened to be walking by (probably going home). Instead of saying hi and just passing us, he asked if we needed any help. We told him we didn't want to bother him since they were closed, but he insisted it was not a problem. So, after he explained to us all the great features of the car and taking a test ride, we closed the deal. He & everyone we met, were professional and welcoming. We are extremely pleased with our entire Audi experience. More
