Soon aft After searching for a new Audi S5 on Truecar.com I was soon contacted by Richardson Baptiste from Coral Springs Audi via email and by phone. Soon after contacting Richardson with the description of car I was looking for, he quickly found one and emailed the info back to me. within a few days we had any appointment set up to test drive the car. Having driven from Jupiter to meet with him the test drive started late in the evening just before closing time. Richardson was patient with us, very knowledgeable about the car and helpful through the entire buying process. We took delivery of the car that night. After the sale, Richardson continued to help with items left in our trade-in as well as answer any questions we had about the new car. Overall, my experience with buying a new car at Coral Springs Audi has been the best new car experience ever. More

I was referred to Geno by a I have given a 5 star review all around the board because both Nick and Geno exceeded my expectations in customer service. I was referred to Geno by a good friend of mine who spoke very highly of him. I was in a sticky situation with my current lease and was doubtful about driving away in a new car. Nick was such a gentleman from the moments we met him up until the point I drove away. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and followed up the next day after the deal was sealed. Geno was phenomenal as well. I did not come in with a good dealt hand regarding my former lease. Geno took the time to explain all the numbers to me and the calculations of how a lease payoff works. I really did gain some knowledge to which I was unaware of before. Despite many odds against me, both Nick and Geno were able to get me out of my current lease and put me in a car that I absolutely love and within financial reason.
