First service on my s8 I took my Audi to this dealer for the 5000 mile service. When I dropped the car off at 845am, they processed me in within a few minutes. I then asked if I could get a ride home vs waiting and they were quick to assign Derek. He drove me back right away. When he dropped me off I asked if he could pick me up within the next couple of hours. I work from home so I quickly became engrossed in a project. Next thing you know, Derek was there, ready to take me back to the dealership. No call needed. When we arrived back at the dealer the car was ready and parked right near the svc desk. i was promptly processed out and gone within a few minutes. Julian was professional, attentive, well spoken, and took the steps to build a relationship that makes the customer feel confident not only for the initial purchase, but also for the duration of the lease term. The question I ask myself is could I lease another vehicle from Julian and if I have any issues with the vehicle would I go to Julian to resolve them. The answer to both of those questions is yes without any hesitation. Historically, I have been loyal to dealerships due to their Service department only. Most of the time I have had a difficult time remembering the name of the sales associate because of the underwhelming experience. I can honestly say that this sales experience was different in the most positive manner. I cannot stop telling people how Daniel Villaverde was such a professional and an 'expert' in his craft. He was able to either answer all my questions and/or concerns or find the answer for me. Working with him I didn't feel pressured and most definitely didn't get the sense that he was just out to get the largest commission he could, like most car salesman do. Had a good experience with Tony Carenza as well. Usually the most anxiety and stress is experienced during the Financing/Leasing phase of purchasing a car, but even this was eleviated by the great customer service, professionalism, and compromises made. I would recommend Audi Coral Springs to anyone! More
