The dealership presents a very friendly and competent place to purchase a car and Steven Kincaid takes that even farther. He is patient, competent, knowledgeable and just a pleasure to deal with. He made the whole experience tolerable. It was my desire to spend as little time in the dealership as possible. To that end, Steven and I, with the help of the dealership, agreed on a leasing price before I came into the dealership. All I had to do was show up, sign the necessary papers, and drive off in my new car. A terrific experience all the way around! I was unfortunate enough to be the recipient of contaminated fuel from a Mobil/7-11 station. James and his team were prompt in identifying the problem and the outlining the required repairs. They were well prepared for my insurance adjuster, who approved the repairs, which were extensive. Within 72 hours of the adjuster's approval, the work was completed and my vehicle was returned to me good as new. With a large family and a hectic schedule, I truly appreciated the professional manner in which my manner was handled as well as the quick turn around time. My prior (non-Audi) luxury vehicle would be at the (non-Audi) dealership for days for the most minor of repairs or service and so it was especially impressive to me how quickly James and the team at Audi made the repairs. I have been dealing with them for many, many years (even before they moved to their current location) and I and their customer service is impeccable. Last week, I went for service on my 2008 TT, and with James Edmonds, Rance Williams and Anthony Segreto's help I came back home with a brand new 2014 TT. As the case has been in the past, I had a great experience, they listened to my needs and offered a straight answer without any kind of hassle. Anthony was great, very courteous and offered me a solution which he carried through until completion. He is been a pleasure to meet and to deal with. Rance was straight forward (which I really appreciate) and he did everything he could to resolve my issues. I'd like to dedicate a special paragraph for Mr. James Edmonds. He has been my service guru since Champion Audi. He has always been very professional, and above all a true gentleman. His word is gold and to me that is immensely valuable. He always answers my calls or emails on time, he cares for my needs, offers viable solutions, and stays on top of things. Currently I live 45 miles away from this dealer and I continue to take my Audis (my wife drives a Q5) to them, even on occasions when I had to tow my cars and I have to pay a pricy ride, I choose to take my cars to James. Even though the dealer is great and the entire team does a wonderful job, James is the main reason why I keep coming back to Audi Coral Springs. He is really an asset to the company and the reason why I already bought/leased my last 4 Audis with them. Around 3 years ago, my wife owned an A6 and the car came to a stop on the highway and was towed to the nearest Audi dealer which was The Collection in Coral Gables. To make a long story short and save you the details, they told us that the engine had to be replaced (we are talking about thousands of dollars). I decided to tow the car to James to get his opinion, and him and his team found that the issue with the car was a busted fuel injector and fixing it was covered under warranty. To me there's few things more important than honesty. To sum it up, they really take care of everybody, but go beyond their way to help existing Audi owners and really appreciate client loyalty.
