I recently purchased a brand new Audi s5 and I could not be happier with my purchase. My sales rep Julian was a pleasure to work with and was extremely knowledgable concerning the in's and out's of the vehi be happier with my purchase. In 3 years when my lease is up I will continue to do business with Audi and it will most definitely be with Audi of Coral Springs and that can be attributed to the outstanding service I received from these two gentlemen. I was referred to Daniel Valleverde, an Audi Brand specialist in Coral Springs, Florida by a good friend of mine who had purchased an A8 from him last year. Daniel assisted my son and I in test drivin specialist in Coral Springs, Florida by a good friend of mine who had purchased an A8 from him last year. Daniel assisted my son and I in test driving and selecting a 2014 A4 which we ultimately purchased that same day. The transaction was painless I promise you-he handled everything so efficiently. As we were leaving that day I asked Daniel about the A6 and how it compared to the Mercedes 300 I currently drove. He gave me a very comprehensive overview of the highly praised A6. We were planning on picking up the A4 the following day and made plans to test drive the A6. Well I fell in love with the A6 yes it was love at first sight. I'm very pleased with the honesty and dedication of the whole service department. I had to come back 3 times for the same issue but, every time I went they showed to me to be concerned and worry about the whole service department. Eric is very professional and at the same time he gets involved and works 110% for customer satisfaction and he really means it. I'm very happy with the decision they've made in order to accomplish the best work possible. They've replaced the engine on my car, hassle free, instead of getting it rebuild. Eric Didn't want to take the risk of having me coming back again with the same problem in the future, maybe when my warranty would it be expired and I would it have to pay out of my pocket in order to get it fixed.
