This was the first 5000 mile service for our 2014 Q5. The appointment time was 10:00 am. I arrived at 10 am and was received by the service manager Eric Rutherford. He told me the car would be ready in 1 The appointment time was 10:00 am. I arrived at 10 am and was received by the service manager Eric Rutherford. He told me the car would be ready in 1 1/2 Hr.I spent the time watching TV in the coffee room. A screen on the wall suddenly showed my name and telling the car was ready. The time was 11:30. Service has been consistently great, unfortunately, I visit to the point of frustration. My A5, being my third Audi, has been a terrible experience and will never buy another Audi again. While my salesperson (James Ganley) was great the rest of the team was significantly lacking in any sense of urgency or any semblance of caring that we were customers. When we arrived, after having inquired online and receiving a reply of whom to see, the person was informed our arrival and quickly proceeded off in another direction not to be seen from until 50% through the purchase process. We simply went out on the lot found the vehicle in question and I approached James for assistance. We finished in less than 15 minutes and then the waiting started. We brought a bank check for the vehicle so no financing or anything was needed. Yet we still waiting over three hours for the small of paperwork that was needed. Purchase a car approximately every 2 years, usually new, and have never needed this long. Especially only needing to do the title transfer work. Unacceptable. Otherwise everything was good. Need better office team/mgmt. More
