Great experience! I went in to drive a CPO Audi allroad, but wasn't 100% sure that is the car I wanted. Dick had lots of patience as I proceeded to also drive a Q7 and an A6. That professionalism carried right over to the car buying purchase, from Dick/sales, to Geno/manager, to Rance/finance. Nobody really likes going thru the car buying process, but this was a very easy one. I never felt pressured or that I was taking up too much of their time. This is my 3rd Audi and plan to get my next one here as well. More

After i bought the SUV, tony helped setup my iphone, speed limit, voice activated dialing, music channels. Most of the settings are overwhelming, i am still reading their documentation.
