I am pleased to say after a long search I ended up with my car of choice. I would like to first thank Kevin Keen for returning my call as quickly as he did. While there, I had the pleasure of meeting Brednan who helped us make the deal the best it could be for my needs. Once I was moved over to finance, I worked with Jim Philips. Jim was efficiant and able to expidite the last part of the transaction, making the financing part as painless as possible. He was also very knowledgeable and able to answer any questions I had. I took my Q7 because there was a problem with my DVD player. It was my first time here and I just want to stay that the service was great. It's funny. I described a problem, a clunking noise I could hear only when the windows were down. They were actually able to replicate it, explained to me that it was an aftermarket coil over shock th I could hear only when the windows were down. They were actually able to replicate it, explained to me that it was an aftermarket coil over shock that I'd added causing the problem and that perhaps I had a warranty on the part. They removed my sway bar to make sure of where the noise was coming from, explained all of this to me and assured me that even with the noise, the suspension was functioning well. When I got the car back, the noise was gone! More
