I was brought into the Audi dealership because of an end-of-year sale they had in the newspaper. Although they did have that exact car and model on the lot, I fell in love with a different A5 that was n end-of-year sale they had in the newspaper. Although they did have that exact car and model on the lot, I fell in love with a different A5 that was not part of the deal. To be clear, my lease wasn't up for another 10 months, and I solely went to Audi for the purposes of getting the advertised A5 (the same car I had leased) for a lower monthly payment. Tony showed me the advertised car, but on our way over to that car, I saw a different A5 (the Audi I ultimately ended up getting). Tony clearly did an exceptional job, giving objective opinions and advice about my situation, understanding the reason why I came into the dealership, not pushing anything onto me that I didn't want. He was a very nice, friendly, approachable salesman, and I would certainly recommend using this dealership, along with Tony D'Argenzio, when looking at the Audi vehicles in Coral Springs. Although we couldn't agree on the numbers off the bat (what dealership gives you the car for your first offer anyway?), he was very aggressive in making sure that we made the numbers work in my advantage so that I was happy. He continually made it clear that he was here to help me, and that if I wasn't 100% comfortable with signing the lease, there would be no hard feelings if I walked out with no car. In my opinion, that is a hard quality to come across in a car salesman these days. More

I purchased a new S5 for myself back in May 2013, recommended my Niece who also purchased from Audi CS, so it was only fitting that I return to Audi CS for my daughter's new car. As always, I was treated with up most respect and being a woman, I never felt they were taking advantage of me or talking down to and having purchased or leased many cars over the years, it's was a welcoming experience! By the way, there is another Audi dealership much closer to home but the sales and service experience will keep me returning to Audi CS in the future! More
