The entire team goes out of their way to make sure you and your family feel at home while negotiating a deal and always follow up with you after to assure you are completely satisfied with the service and the new car. Unprofessional and sketchy tactics I was frauded by Gina Becker and the manager Gino Walsh. They misrepresented themselves and overcharged me for the vehicle in a very unethical and ske I was frauded by Gina Becker and the manager Gino Walsh. They misrepresented themselves and overcharged me for the vehicle in a very unethical and sketchy manner . I was charged for my old car payment 3 days after I purchased the new car from them I was asked to sign a blank car payoff piece of paper in which I was informed would be filled in correctly the next day as it was a late night. The figure that Audi financial provided to me and the dealer on the the night of the purchase was agreed upon. Audi financial stated that Audi of Coral Springs called then and asked for another payoff quote 3 days after the purchase and they paid off the new quote in lieu of the agreed upon quote that was presented to me 3 days earlier. Because Gina and Gino did not give me a copy of the payoff but a verbal statement in which I wrote for my records ; I therefore was charged for an old car payment 3 days after purchasing a new car from them with no recourse. This is extremely unprofessional and misrepresentation on both their parts. Also Gino was condescending and quite irritable towards my offer on the car and he became angry and had to Walk away on 2 occasions to contain his temper. If he didn't like my offer then He should not have accepted it nor have passive aggressively stolen from me by adding another car payment to the agreed upon offer. Gina was nice up until Gino was unhappy with the deal and then she became cold detached and unhelpful. When I called to rectify the situation Gina stated that I should wait 6 weeks to get a refund for the overpayment . when I called audi financial and pressed the issue They stated that I was not due a credit as audi of Coral Springs received a new payoff and deducted my last payment for my old car from the total 3 days after I purchased the new car. I therefore called Gina back and she was unapologetic, rude and simply stated that sorry that it didn't work out! I placed several calls to Gino. He never once called me back to address this issue. Therefore as a repeat Audi customer. I strongly advise you from having any dealing with these 2 unprofessional individuals nor this dealership. Audi of Pembroke Pines would never treat their customers like This!! I was warned by many Audi owners to avoid This dealership for this sort of unprofessional and sketchy interactions. Avoid at all costs! More
