Unequivocally Julian is the type of individual that anyone purchasing a car would wish to have as a salesperson. Courteous, knowledgeable, extremely well versed in his product and services and above all truly honest. No hidden agendas. See the difference when speaking with Julian what professionalism is like compared to the pressure, false promises and 'flash' a buyer experiences at that large national group of multi-line automobile dealers. Having a customer/salesperson association over time with Julian again made this current decision to lease our new Audi A6 easier due to the fact that my wife wanted this car to "fit" her driving and size needs. With her association with Julian, which is as long as mine, we sailed through the discussion, comparisons, selection, pricing and delivery of the exact match car we needed. Following the selection of the vehicle that we spoke with Rance Williams in the Business Office and here too Rance's knowledge and capabilities made the paperwork easy and fast. and correct! This may sound kind of like a "paid political advertisement" but I can promise anyone reading this that I for one would not ever have a second conversation with anyone who did not meet Julian's automobile sales knowledge and honesty. I had a great experience with my purchase at Coral Spring Audi. I live in Maryland never stepped a foot in the dealership. What was so great was Richard sent about 6 pictures of the car to my cell phone early that Saturday mourning. I was thinking about the car that night and it was a great to receive pictures of the RS 5 great touch! I was connect with the car and the Sales man. He negotiated a price on my behalf that I offered to the sales manager. He sent the car fax, details of the car and answered every question I had about the vehicle. He saw the process through from beginning to the end. Even to seeing the car off to the truck for transport.
