I saw the car on Tuesday, talked to Richardson and he stated the car had just came in. He sent me pictures from his personal phone Wed before the car had gone through all of the checks. This was my first time getting service at Audi Coral Springs as I recently purchased a certified pre-owned Audi from this dealership. I could have chosen to go to the Prestige Audi on Biscayne in North Miami, but based on my experience initially approaching Prestige to first purchase a vehicle, it was a non-starter. The folks at Prestige were rude and did not follow up when I visited the dealer and inquired about purchasing a car indicating specifically what I was looking for. When I went on-line and noticed they had the certified pre-owned vehicle I was looking for but did not follow up with me, I was really surprised, and quite frankly I felt that because I did not speak Spanish my business was not welcome. My follow up with them regarding Service was far from welcoming. I am so pleased I came upon Audi of Coral Springs by surfing the net for the Audi I was looking for. I had actually never met the folks at Audi of Coral Springs but the experience was seamless and in stark contrast with Prestige Audi in North Miami. At Audi of Coral Springs, they were forthright regarding the purchase, accommodated our condo valet to do the test drive as I was out of town, assisted with all of the paper work since I was out of the country, stored the vehicle indoors after the purchase until I was able to pick it up, and have continued to win my business by providing great service.
