My wife was in the market for a new car. We reached out to an Audi dealership that was closer to where we live, but they no longer had a Q7. I went on-line and then called Audi Coral Springs and Rafael Ser to an Audi dealership that was closer to where we live, but they no longer had a Q7. I went on-line and then called Audi Coral Springs and Rafael Servan (Internet Manager) quickly set up an appointment for that evening. So after work, we (my wife and kids) drove approx. an hour to this dealership. Rafael provided us top notch service, from the time we arrived. He made the test drive fun for all of us. The unpleasant part of this experience started when we began speaking of pricing. Every offer that Rafael took to the Sales Manager was practically "shot-down". Whether it was the dollar amount, warranty, discount on entertainment upgrades to window tinting, the guy would not give a penny. For the record, both my wife and I have excellent credit, make good salaries and was ready to give $20,000 down payment! Finally, he gave us a couple hundred bucks off...really, on a +$65,000 vehicle!! After that, we worked with Rance Williams, who worked with us (the best he could) with financing. So overall, the experience was GOOD, but the lack of negotitation because "this is a hard to find model" and "we sell these full price all the time" SUCKED. A customer does not really care how many cars are sold at what price, they care how this car can be sold to meet their needs. The goal should be to make everyone who purchases feel as if they got a good deal, not paid more because everyone else is. We would still recommend this dealership, but we would forewarn the potential buyers that they don't give an inch on pricing. More
In 2011 I bought a new Audi S4 and since then have been dealing with James for all of my service. He has been a pleasure to work with for the last two years. I have had a few minor issues over the years with some annoying rattles and James is quick to try and fix them. Also Jesse, who is the shop foreman has been wonderful. He spent a ton of time riding around with me to see if we could replicate some of the noises. This dealership is an A+ and the service department has been better than any other I have encountered. As a person who is in sales, customer service, knowledge and follow up are vital. I am an Audi lover and when it was time to trade my A6 in I figured I would go to Braman, where my service person was a drea and follow up are vital. I purchased the car in NJ so I had relationship with the sales team. as much as I know I will deal more with my service rep than the sales team, I should still be treated the same. I wanted the car by the end of the month and they seemed to have no urgency in getting back to me. so for 3 weeks I shopped BMW, 2 Lexus dealers and went back to Braman twice. My husband works near Coral Springs so he stopped at the Audi dealer, on his own and after seeing the way the other dealers follow up, or lack of following up, Mike Rakowski, the sales specialist stood out to be the most professional. After we left JM Lexus, and the sales manager came out like he was doing US the favor, with a pre owned IS Coupe we said forget it... He called Mike and we drove right there. Mike had the up most patience with me as I started out with the A5 convertible, then went to the A6 and realized I was ready for something new. We test drove each one, and he went over the pros and cons of each car for me, (as a convertible is not practical in my business).... and I purchased a brand new Q5 and I love it. Gino Walsh the Sales Manager went over many purchasing options with us, as non of the other dealership even mentioned. Rance Williams the Finance Manager got us in and out of there quickly, and did not try to sell us any additional add ons. I found the dealership to be friendly, helpful, patience and have would highly recommend this team to any of my friends or colleagues. They have followed up to make sure we are as happy as when we drove away. A very no pressure pleasant experience. And, I will be back for the A5 Convertible in a few years !!!! More

Greg Shuman allowed me plenty of time to test drive the vehicle and understand the vehicle's optional equipment. Greg addressed all my concerns regarding what was to be the vehicle's as delivered condition and followed up with me promptly concerning this matter. Greg also went much further than the 'extra mile', since I trade two vehicles which meant two trips to my residence to retrieve the second vehicle and documentation for both vehicles. Mark London was friendly and very helpful to me during negotiation of trade-in value and arrangement of monthly payment amount. I received exactly what i wanted in both trade-in value and payment amounts. Tony Carenza gave me a great deal of helpful information and answered all my questions fully, regarding extended warranty coverage and other products available to me for purchase at time of sale. Tony also gave me an informative tour of the various areas of the Audi Coral Springs Dealership, explained the vehicle service procedure, and provided me with a service representative's business card after the sales documentation process was completed. After my experience at Audi Coral Springs, that has finally changed. The entire experience was very different than those I'd had at other dealerships. Steve Kincaid, my salesperson, was very informative and knowledgeable. He returned phone calls with answers to my questions when he was NOT at work, and even took the time on his day off to meet me at the showroom when I picked up my Q5, explaining and demonstrating all of the instruments for me. The showroom itself was very impressive and everyone was pleasant and helpful. I highly recommend this dealership, this car and Steve Kincaid. More
After test driving the vehicle I wanted twice and trying to negotiate with a dealership my local area (DC/MD/VA), I went online to expand my car search. My nationwide car hunt led me to Geno Walsh at Audi to negotiate with a dealership my local area (DC/MD/VA), I went online to expand my car search. My nationwide car hunt led me to Geno Walsh at Audi Coral Springs. Mr. Walsh was the first to respond to my online inquiry. He was direct and professional (traits I admire!) and referred me to work directly with Mike Rakowski on the sale of my vehicle...and boy was I in for a treat! I knew what I wanted and Audi Coral Springs had the best price. Mr. Rakowski worked with me to put together a deal in a day! By the time we were done talking, I had a plane ticket to fly to FL the very next day. Mr. Rakowski met me at the airport in Ft. Lauderdale and even stopped so that I could pick up lunch on the way back to the dealership (as I hadn't eaten anything all morning). After lunch, he showed me the details of the car and we went for a test drive (just to ensure that everything was ok). During the test drive, Mr. Rakowski showed me things about the car that even the other dealer in MD didn't know about when I asked! He then walked me through all the options for the vehicle and then I went over to Mr. Jim Philips the Finance manager. He also demonstrated professionalism and walked me through the financial details of the deal. He had every paper ready for explanation and signature. All of the guys demonstrated enthusiasm and professionalism...the entire team! There wasn't a weak link among them. I mean one day I was TALKING about getting an Audi and by the next afternoon I'd flown over several states and drove off the lot with a new vehicle. While many things could have gone wrong...nothing did! Talk about a great experience and it's all because I dealt with seasoned professionals. I have nothing but good things to say about this sales team who knows how to get it done! Thanks for a great experience and I love my new Audi! More

Then, he introduced me to Mike Rakowski who was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles, and took me on several test drives so I could make a fully informed decision. Once I decided on what I wanted to purchase, Mike and Geno gave me several pricing options and Audi Coral Springs had an incredible inventory on hand, so the exact vehicle I wanted was ready within an hour. I then met Tony Carenza in the financing department and the usual issues that come up when finalizing the deal never materialized. In fact, the experience was quite the opposite. No pressure to purchase any add-ons and Tony was quick to get me through the paperwork processing and on my way with my new Audi. I highly recommend Audi Coral Springs for anyone in the market for a new vehicle. The professionalism, courtesy, honesty and genuine sense that my needs and issues were of utmost importance was a "breathe of fresh air" in the otherwise rough experience associated with buying a car.
