Servicing your car is a drag. It takes you away from home or office, and I don't have enough time for either. This morning I set up in Audi Coral Springs cafe while my car was being serviced by Steve M home or office, and I don't have enough time for either. I enjoyed English Breakfast tea while they serviced Jiggy, my TT. I took phone calls, surfed the net, and even paid a few bills while waiting. I was comfortable, it was clean, and so was my car when I got it back! I will not service my Audi anywhere else. My needs are taken care of while my car is handled by professionals. Steve orchestrates the entire process by having someone check me in, liaising with the service technician, coming to get me in the cafe while my car is in the wash, and making sure the cashier charges me properly. The situation is micromanaged and I feel my car is treated with same precision and care. Never back twice for the same problem. Always right the first time. No time for mistakes. The most AMAZING experience. You drive up and they have your name up on a screen so they immediately greet you by name. Everywhere, including the garage, is so clean you can eat off the floor. I bought my car from Audi of Coral Springs in April, 2012. I recently moved to Florida from Connecticut and had been using their service department for another Audi we had purchased in Connecticut. I was very impressed with the Service Department, and when we received a call offering a possible trade in for a newer model we stopped in unexpectedly on a very busy Saturday. We were greeted by Todd Shorey and he immediately showed us what models he had available on his lot. Within 2 hours, we had an awesome deal, financing was arranged, the car was registered, the plates transferred and we were on our way back home with a brand new car. Todd was wonderful -- no pressure sales, but extremely knowledgeable of his product. I highly recommend Audi Coral Springs for their outstanding Service Deparment, and Todd Shorey for sales. More
