When I sent into Coral Springs Audi to look at and purchase a new car, I was treated with respect, courtesy and patience. It was easy for me to deal with the sales person who gave me his undivided purchase a new car, I was treated with respect, courtesy and patience. I did leave that day with the car I had so badly wanted. Since that time, I have had my car in for the usual service issues and have worked with James Edmonds each time. He is always available to speak to me and always explains what needs to be done and why. He makes sure that my car is ready when I was told it would be and has never disappointed me in any of my dealings with him. I have been an Audi customer for many years and much of that is due to the service that I received working with James. I can honestly say that I would consider changing to another automobile if I was not so very satisfied with James and the service dept. at Coral Springs Audi. I am currently driving my 4th Audi car and James has been my service for each and every one of them and is a definite part of my decision to continue purchase new Audi automobiles. More

The car was great throughout the 3 year term of the lease, and my wife and I decided to keep the car, and purchase it when the lease was terminated. Being that financially I could not afford to move up to a new A5 and I loved the A4, so we came into the dealership Mike and Tony Carenza put together a fabulous deal for us to enable us to keep the car under difficult financial situations. When ever I go in to the location, the entire staff from the guy outside who greats you with a smile and a hello all the way to the service people. My rep there is Steve and he is great.
