Very relaxed process, didn't feel pressured but Neil's enthusiasm for the car we were interested in was infectious. He showed us all the features on the car and took us for two test drives because I need enthusiasm for the car we were interested in was infectious. We had a great buying experience working with the guys at Audi. We went in about an hour before closing just to take a test drive and ended up leasing the Q5. My husband and I finally narrowed our choice of new cars down to an Audi. We went to our local dealer and just did not like the service we received. Tony was great he and he was prepared for our arrivalis. We found Tony to be extremely knowledgeable! He took us for a very educational test drive, demonstrated all the features, options and explained every safety feature the car has to offer. He knew the answer to every question we threw at him. Tony is very serious and at the same time has a great sense of humor. Tony was always straight forward with us and consulted us when we had concerns.
