So this was my first car...ever...and as I literally was new to the Miami area due to a firm relocation from NYC, I was also new to the car buying experience in South Florida. I did my research on an A7 in advance and knew exactly what I wanted...and how much I should pay. I admittedly proposed a lofty amount (as in aggressive "ask") and Steve Kincaid didn't flinch. As a matter of fact he met and beat my lowest competing offer. Steve was patient with me, and even stayed late as I had a bit of trouble securing auto insurance as literally was living out of an extended stay hotel until I soon thereafter secured my permanent residence. He thankfully also offered an auto insurance agent that helped navigate the potholes due to my lacking a permanent residence. This was soon thereafter taken care of, but I was (somewhat unexpectedly) able to drive home my new "toy". Finally, as previously mentioned, I was staying in Miami...a good 50 miles away! And I obviously drove to Coral Springs in my temporary vehicle (aka rental). STEVE AGAIN DIDN'T FLINCH! He accommodated my schedule and DROVE MY CAR BACK AND LITERALLY PARKED IT IN MY HOTEL'S PARKING LOT WHILE I WAS AT WORK IN DOWNTOWN MIAMI. I mean how can you get better service? These days to expect such service is ridiculous. But he provided it. This dealer is the #1 Audi dealer in the world. There's a reason. This is the reason. It's superb service and value. I'm still dumbfounded how this dealer accommodated me (and he offered transportation to the dealership as they're undoubtedly aware of the distance). And with no pressure/no expectations. So though I am very fortunate to have an A7 as my first vehicle, this dealership and client service individual made this experience an absolute pleasure. And forged a service standard that I hope can be matched in myriad purchases of this calibre. Goes without saying that I as highly as possible recommend this dealership and recommend that you reach out to Mr. Steve Kincaid. More

My experience at Audi in Coral Springs was excellent! I brought my car in for service to my awesome service guy Steven Meyers, who suggested that we try to get me into a new Audi! I was introduces to Neil brought my car in for service to my awesome service guy Steven Meyers, who suggested that we try to get me into a new Audi! I was introduces to Neil and Larry and we set up an appointment to look at a new car. Upon my arrival they already had a new car waiting for me with exactly everything I told them I wanted. After driving the car and discussing what I wanted in a payment, we made a deal within 10 minutes. Larry and Neil were honest and straight forward. They worked diligently to get the paperwork done and I drove off with my new Audi! This was the best car buying experience I have had. Thanks Steve, Neil & Larry! More
I hate buying cars, but the experience with Michael Griffiths at Audi Coral Springs was exceptional. After scratching our wheel 4 days after buying our new Q7, Michael personally drove to our home tha Griffiths at Audi Coral Springs was exceptional. After scratching our wheel 4 days after buying our new Q7, Michael personally drove to our home that is over 60 miles from the dealership to pick up our Q7 in exchange for a nice loaner when dealership fixed the wheel at no charge! Mike was knowledgeable and curtious. He fully explained the A8 as well as possible in 3 hrs. I didn't plan on buying that day but his congenial approach and the dealerships crying need to sell a car by mo the A8 as well as possible in 3 hrs.
