I've never met a sales rep. with such extreme knowledge of the products he is representing. From the history of the company to the nuts, bolts and programing of the vehicle we chose. Neil had the patients of a Saint as he broke down the technology of the car making it completely understandable. Neil is a no pressure easy to talk to guy. With that said we also had the opportunity to meet with Jim Phillips, finance and Brendan Smith manager. Also knowledgeable no pressure professionals you can trust. The service is good, or atleast they are trying. Fact is I still have some issues with my 2011 S4 and I think that on one issue, there may be some guessing going on as I have been there 4 times. Otherwsie, they have ben very good. James is a very professional SA and Jesse is very caring technician Their sales decisions IMO is lacking a bit. I have not found them to be very competetive on new orders at all. I have always tried Coral springs AUDI first but have never been able to land a deal after 2 attempts on 2 different AUDI's. So I had to order my AUDI's elsewhere. I also recently left my name with a manager about an R8 lease and never received a call. He probably didnt take me seriously as an R8 is in a different class. I dont think I would try them again for a 3rd time on any AUDI to be honest, especially on an R8 once I see the 2013 R8's roll in. I tend not to return to dealers who said No the 1st time, let alone twice. There tends to be an element of discomfort once a dealer has rejected an offer. Furrhermore, I tend to be loyal to dealers who said yes to the previous purchase and try those dealers 1st. There are plenty of dealers locally and even regionally where I have travelled to make a purchase. I am only being honest here. More

This time, I went to the Coral Springs dealer and had a great surprise as per the service I got. Anthony and Larry treaed me and my kids ver nice and very professionaly and will certainly become my "car consultants". I was not planning to replace my AUDI at that time but they made it happen. More
