I had never purchased a vehicle completely on my own before and I was very nervous about it. Gina Becker made me feel very much at ease. Everything was handled smoothly from the minute I came in to the dealership to the moment I left. Her almost immediate follow-ups to my many annoying emails were very helpful and considerate as well. Having a woman help me was also a bonus. Many car sales men that I've dealt with in the past seemed overly aggressive and downright slimy. I don't think anyone man or woman at Audi presents that particular image from the other employees I've encountered, but I was put at ease by dealing with Gina in any case. All in all, a very happy, pleasant experience and I would recommend Gina to my friends and associates. More

Well my journey all started when I received a brochure in the mail from your dealership with the Incentive of upgrading my 325 I 2006 BMW to an Audi 2012 A6. I had zero intention at that time to look at a ve the mail from your dealership with the Incentive of upgrading my 325 I 2006 BMW to an Audi 2012 A6. I had zero intention at that time to look at a vehicle no the less to purchase one. My first contact via the phone was Geno Walsh and he asked me what I was looking for and my response was I was not even in the car shopping mind set. His response was very professional and understanding and said do you have time to stop by. My response was i did not have time, However i will stop by towards the end of the week. My family and myself Stopped by on August 18, 2012 ( The day after my 49th birthday) because I had promised that I would. When we entered the dealership we were greeted by a very nice young lady at the front desk and she asked me how can I help you. I was not sure who I spoke with last week so she called Geno Walsh and he was very prompt on coming out. After he figured out that it was him who I spoke with he introduced me to a gentleman named Neil Ambrosio who immediately made us feel very welcome. He first introduced him self to my wife, my self, My daughter and her friend. Then he asked if we knew anything about the A6 and we responded not really. He then took us to the A6 on the show room floor ( It was raining very hard outside) and started to explaining everything about the car to us. I thought that was very professional and sincere concern that we really under stood what we were looking at. After that process then my wife and myself test drove the A6. Neil understood that we were on a very tight time schedule because we had dinner plans in the early evening. ( Once again I had no intention of purchasing anything which I told Geno and Neil. What I found what extremely endearing was that when we had to leave Neil said no problem and I said that we will be back tomorrow ( Sunday) around 3:30pm because I had something to do with my daughter. I called Neil on Sunday because my daughter had 103 fever so i was not able to attend the event however i was able to stop by the dealership earlier. My wife and myself stopped by and Neil was ready for us. We re test drove the car that we were looking at and we really did love the car. So that that moment we went to Neils desk and started to discuss the terms of the agreement. After a little while and Neil being extremely patient with we all came to a decision. I do have to tell you that Neil really made us feel like part of the family from the minute we walked in and met him. Gino kept on coming back to see if we needed anything. After all of Neils stuff was completed then we met up with Tony Carenza who guided through the final part of our deal. Tony also was extremely professional and understanding that this kind of process and be hard, So he really helped made us feel very at ease. Once again I had no intention of purchasing anything however with the team of professionals that i was dealing with and the great product it was a not a tough decision. I have been woth BMW for about 7 years!! Thank you very much for making something that normally is a grueling process something very simple and easy. My family really appreciated that.
