Convertible top broke over the weekend. Brought the car in without an appointment Monday morning and there was a line. They weren't upset and were very polite. Told me no problem and to drop off the car in without an appointment Monday morning and there was a line. They weren't upset and were very polite. Told me no problem and to drop off the car and they got me a loaner. Was very pleased that they took care of me so fast. They texted me when the car was done. They needed a part but they did the service so I was able to return the loaner and get back on the road. All the fluids were replaced at no charge and the car was cleaned.
