Great experience! Saw an A7 with a really good price on the web and decided to stop in at Audi Coral Springs to look at it since I had a doctor's appointment nearby. I wasn't totally serious about buying the web and decided to stop in at Audi Coral Springs to look at it since I had a doctor's appointment nearby. I wasn't totally serious about buying a car at the time, but I thought that I wanted my next car to be an A7 since I no longer needed a Suburban for carpool. Bernie saw me slinking around, introduced himself, showed me the car in question, and invited me to take it on a test drive. He was so knowledgeable about that A7 in particular and Audis in general and so delightfully low pressure that I was totally won over. Plus the car was awesome! My husband and I talked about it over the weekend and looked at all the other A7s available in South Florida (new and used) and decided this was a really good deal so we went back the next day and bought it! Everything about the process ended up being a pleasure...enjoyed both test drives, and Bernie was fast and super proficient at all the paperwork. Even the financing part was painless--Rance was thorough and honest about the various options--what a nice guy! Drove it off the lot that day and absolutely adore my new sled!!! His service, knowledge and professionalism is one of the main reasons I continue to go to Audi of Coral Springs for all my car needs. We had been referred to Geno Walsh, Sales Mgr., by a friend who highly recommended Audi C.Spgs. Gino greeted us and introduced us to Larry Stein, Concierge & Sales. Larry gave us the grand tour and was very helpful when we were deciding which vehicle to take on a test drive. Larry is a wealth of info regarding specific technical/mechanical info. We decided to purchase the car that day and Anthony Segreto led us through the Retail Buyer's Order process. He and Larry kept us entertained while the papers were processed. Jim Phillips walked us through the financial process to seal the deal. We went home that evening with our beautiful vehicle and have thoroughly enjoyed our selection. Where do I begin. Owning the Audi A8 has been a true experience and an honor to drive one of the best luxury sedans in the world. Everyone knows me by name and expects to see me weekly for my carwash. But this last experience was so special to me because I had some major tire problems and Eric, Jesse and Jesus "saved the day!" I was told to put my trust in them to find the problem, I left with a loaner and was told to relax and wait to hear from them. Well, sure enough I was contacted, was told what the problem was and that Audi would take care of everything. I was speechless. Why? Because I have owned 4 Mercedes E-Class sedans and I have never experienced the efficient handling in customer care that Audi displayed. I was relieved and thankful that the problem was solved and a solution was found. I am constantly talking about Audi of Coral Springs to my friends and colleagues. I plan to be a proud customer for many years to come. I am pleased with my car, my sales advisor Neil A., and the service department. Even though this was a cash deal, Tony Carenza made sure we knew all of the options regarding financing or leasing in case we wanted to compare with a cash deal.
