I was brought to Coral Springs Audi from online looking for a Q7.I had thought I might get a 2012. Richardson Called right away and was very nice and curtious on the phone. He told me there were new vehicles coming in but let me test drive the GM Bret's SUV. Richardson explained everything in detail about the SUV. During the test drive he also showed me the service department and told me how everything ran in there as well. The SUV was great!! Geno the Sales Manager came over and worked a great deal. I really appreciate the personal time and attention they took. After more thought I decided that the 2009 might be a better fit for me at this time. When I called Richardson the next day he again was very helpful with everything and set up a time to drive the 2009. When I arrived again he was ready with the SUV no waiting and explained every detail of it. Every person in the dealership from the people that helped me to the people that worked there were very nice!! I had a great experience and would buy from them again. I didnt feel pressured at all and was happy to get a great SUV that worked for me. Everything was explained in full detail from everyone involved. Being in a customer service related job myself, I have high expectations of others when it comes to making a purchase. Steve Bogar was my salesperson - couldn't have been nicer or more sincere - he explained all the features of the car and insisted I call him if I needed any help afterward with hooking up my blue tooth or anything else. Then, he called me to follow up the next day to ask how I liked the car and to reiterate that he's there for me if I need anything at all. How refreshing!! Jim Phillips was my finance person. I was pleasantly surprised to see how efficient, professional and prepared Jim was with all of my paperwork which was ready for me to sign when I came to pick up the car. He explained all of the figures accurately, honestly, and asked if I had any questions. The process was much quicker than I thought, and I felt in the end that I had gotten a great deal on the car and that I was dealing with quality people. Geno Walsh is the sales manager, and when asked to assist with some last minute details I had about my particular deal, I again felt like I was treated honestly and with respect. He was helpful, friendly, and straightforward. Based on the aforemetioned, I was completely and utterly satisfied due to the quality of service I received at Coral Springs Audi. Gina Becker was an extremely friendly and wholesome sales representative and built excellent rapport with my girlfriend and I. We had never considered Audi before; however, were completely on board with the vehicle we test drove and ended up driving off of the lot (an Audi A4 S-Line). Gina did well to demonstrate the value of my vehicle. When it came to numbers, I was assisted by Alan Kirschman. Alan was extremely personable to my girlfriend and I. He made us feel at ease. Ultimately, he achieved a workable program for us to make the purchase possible and I am very grateful to him. Alan gave us what felt like VIP service as he led us on a grand tour of the entire facility which was very impressive. Lastly, I spoke with Tony Carenza in order to finalize the deal. Tony made recommendations and was very clear on warranty options for my new car. He was very friendly and had a great sense of humor; again, making us very comfortable throughout the car-buying experience. I will definitely return to do business with Coral Springs Audi as I have purchased a total of 8 vehicles in my life and this was by far the most memorable and seamless experience at a dealership, ever. Aaron has such intimate knowledge of the Audi product line, from base model configuration to components of upgrade packages that selecting the vehicle that met our needs was extremely easy. Once we determined what vehicle and option packages we needed, he then went on to locate the car that best matches our desired color schemes. Once we found the car, Aaron worked hard along with George Ricci to make the numbers work for us. Both sides worked hard to make this deal work.
