I am about to purchase my 5th vehicle from Audi, through Mike, and based on the sales process during my first four purchases, I expect it to be stress-free. My last purchase was an A7 and although I had ordered an A8, Mike thought that I should at least consider the A7, based on what he knew about me and my driving preferences. It is not often that a sales exec will try to convince a customer to purchase a less expensive vehicle than the one he had already ordered. Must be the "nice Canadian" in him! Certainly a sign that he knew me as a customer and was more concerned with matching me with the correct vehicle. My RS5 arrives in a couple of weeks, so looking forward to a new driving experience. Overall, we could not have been more pleased with the experience we had at Audi of Coral Springs. We came in at the last minute on a Friday, within an hour of closing, to test drive a Volvo we had seen a experience we had at Audi of Coral Springs. Mr. Shalaby verified the car was still on the lot before we arrived and had it sitting in front of the building for us. When we said that we needed to return the next day with another family member (who was at work that evening) to finalize the decision, he offered to let us take it home for the night. There was no push or pitching, just simple accommodation. We loved the car and it was clear that they were offering it at an exceptional price. The following day, we informed Mr. Shalaby on the phone that we were intending to purchase the vehicle. He made sure that we came back at a time that was certain he would not have any other customers to take care of and was fully prepared with all of the forms necessary to proceed with the sale. Afterwards, we met with Mr. Carenza to review our financing options. We kept him busy for quite a while to figure out all of the various choices with the different levels of warranty protection to best fit our financial expectations. Throughout the process, Mr. Carenza was very gregarious and made the tedious experience of figuring out our payment schedule a pleasant one. While we were with Mr. Carenza, Mr Shalaby had my new car thoroughly washed, polished and filled with a full tank of gas. He ensured that we were fully satisfied and had no reservations or questions before we left the lot. It is fortunate that we had Mr. Shalaby as a our salesperson, as his rare personality that complimented kindness with a straightforward attitude made the entire experience of purchasing this car effortless and delightful.
