I am in the process of seaking the vehicle that will please me. Not certain yet of the brand I will choose though I am narrowing it down and Audi is amoung the few remaining The staff that I was lucky please me. I reached out to Audi of Coral Springs via the internet and received an immediate response. Within a few short weeks I was proud owner of a new Audi A8! The geniune customer service exhibited and the diligence in working out a deal, won me over. I look forward to a long lasting professional relationship with this dealership. On 4-4-12 I went to the dealer(AUDI OF CORAL SPRINGS) and bought an auto, at the end Sr. Tony Carenda(financial department)sold me an extended warranty and made me sign a credit card authorization for the a bought an auto, at the end Sr. Tony Carenda(financial department)sold me an extended warranty and made me sign a credit card authorization for the amount of $2450 with the promise that this amount would be divided in payments of $200 without interest, fifthteen days after the dealer charged the entire sum to my account, causing a great problem in all my finances. When I disputed the amount and processed it through Bank of America they initiated an investigation ,as result BOA sent me a credit card authorization form signed by me. It's true that the signature is mine but Carenda gave me the document with other ones to try to confuse me. Also, the document appears signed and dated on 4-17-12, the same day my account was charged. This credit card authorization form contains a clausal that clearly says it is ONLY VALID IF IT IS PRESENTED WITH A COPY OF THE FRONT AND BACK OF MY CREDIT CARD,(MUST BE SIGNED )AND CONTAIN A COPY OF MY CONDUCERS LICENSE .Which they do not have. Therefore, the transaction is not valid, plus, wanting to fool me, he made a mistake doing so. Apart from not having the credit card slip signed Sr. Tony Carenda used a dishonest and misleading practice. The institution of Audi Coral Springs suffers when they permit employees and representatives to act this way, leaving a bitter taste of an experience.I think this is a definitive response to irresponsibility and malice. Once the car was selected, the process was quick and easy and took less than 1 hour to sign all the paper work and drive off the lot. I purchased my A6 from Audi Coral Springs a few years ago. After my first service at their dealership with Steve Meyer I was quite impressed. I have brought my car to Steve for every single service since I purchased the vehicle - except for one occasion. That one time I didn't bring it to Steve at Audi Coral Springs I realized just how awesome of a service manager he is and how great of a dealership Audi Coral Springs is overall.
