I was told that I needed to wait 3 weeks for a appt. Bc I have audicare. However…if I wanted to go ft. Audi I could have my car serviced next day. I needed my 40k service done along with recalls. Right then and there I should have been offered a loaner vehicle. It wasn’t offered until late afternoon when all the work could not be completed. So I had to go back to the dealership to pick up the loaner. Again I waited 3-4 weeks for this appt. This could of been handled much better than it was . That being said my service rep. Did fantastic job helping me, and trying to solve all the problems! More

Always a pleasant experience at audi coral Springs. Clint is an amazing person so is AJ. The only bad thing is the courtesy vehicles are always very dirty! Rodrigo was filling in for my regular service advisor Luana and it was a seamless handover. I was in for recall work on my A4 and he let me know that I did have a little bit left over on my service warra Luana and it was a seamless handover. I was in for recall work on my A4 and he let me know that I did have a little bit left over on my service warranty and he was able to throw in a synthetic oil and filter change as well with no charge. I appreciate the extra effort and willingness to help a client and not always trying to up-sell services. There's a closer Audi dealer to me but there's a reason I still drive this distance to get my car serviced. More
