We’ve been using Audi Dallas for service for many years now. It’s always a great experience. The service advisors are professional and communicate fully what to expect. We’ve not had major issues with now. It’s always a great experience. The service advisors are professional and communicate fully what to expect. We’ve not had major issues with our vehicles and our services have generally been regular maintenance or services under the wheel and tire protection plan. In years past, a loaner would be available, but more recently, the complimentary ride to and from the service department has been really helpful.
