Buying our new 2021 Q7 was easily the best car-buying experience of my life and that is saying something as we arrived at Audi Dallas with a significant amount of car-shopping-fatigue. We'd done a lot o experience of my life and that is saying something as we arrived at Audi Dallas with a significant amount of car-shopping-fatigue. We'd done a lot of shopping around 6 months prior, pre-ordered a Genesis, and ultimately cancelled after the Genesis salesperson stopped responding to calls / texts. The salesperson at Audi Dallas (Sofi) greeted us promptly, asked good questions about what we wanted, listened to our answers, and was extremely knowledgeable about both the Audi brand and the specifics of the different vehicles we looked at. She answered all of our questions and we ultimately test-drove a Q7. She was very good at walking us through all of the features of the car both before and during the test drive. Once we got back to the dealership, she walked us through the various options that were available as well as vehicles they expected to receive in the near term that matched what we wanted. She was very careful to point out all of the differences between the vehicle we test drove and the one we ultimately picked, talking us through it and giving us a print out to walk away with that had the differences highlighted. After we left she communicated very well, keeping us up to date on the status of the vehicle as it made its way to the dealership. After we picked it up, she followed up to see if we had any questions and to make sure we were satisfied with the purchase. We've had it for a few days now and couldn't be more pleased with the dealership and the vehicle. More

Our experience at Audi Dallas was fantastic. We were able to browse around the dealership without being attacked in the first two minutes.
