I've bought many cars in my life but this was my first Audi / luxury brand. This is 100% real talk - I thought the process of buying an Audi (or any luxury car) would be cold, stuffy and robotic. It was Audi / luxury brand. This is 100% real talk - I thought the process of buying an Audi (or any luxury car) would be cold, stuffy and robotic. It was the complete opposite. The entire process was - by far - better than the times in my life I was obligated to purchase cheaper cars. My sales person, Jeff Davidson, made sure I was informed at all times and ensured I got pictures of the car after it was delivered. He personally called to confirm I was comfortable meeting early in the morning and offered to send more pictures if I needed them. Jeff was extremely knowledgeable about the car & made me feel at ease within minutes of my sitting inside. Even though Jeff was fantastic, what really got me was after I test-drove my car and returned to the showroom (jammed with the best Audi has to offer E.I. - EXPENSIVE CARS!!!!), one of the other sales people was allowing my 7-year-old son to charge one of their brand new "e-tron" SUVs. This calmed my son down and made everything ten times more relaxed. The sales staff were incredibly accommodating and amazing with my family (I have three kids 12, 10 and 7). I am so disappointed with myself for not getting that employees name. He needs a special mention! Every time I've purchased a car, I experienced the back-and-forth with pricing/offers & haggling, but none of this happened. Audi Dallas valued my trade fairly and quickly. Everything was made very clear. I had financing already handled through another bank, outside of alerting me to a slightly better interest rate through another bank, there was no back and forth or haggling. They even took me over to meet Jordan, the manager of the service department, so I would be more comfortable going there for service. (Obviously this is a tactic to make it more likely I give them my business for ((more expensive)) service - but - why wouldn't you patronize a place that went so far out of their way to make you comfortable? Especially if it was the best thing for your car?) Even the process of signing the paperwork with Ricardo from the business department went well. I mean, the entrance to these offices is something worthy of a sci-fi TV show (and the desktop computer interface? Wow.) This is usually where they try to sneak things past you and upsell everything under the sun. While there was an offer for extended coverage, once I declined what I didn't want, there wasn't another mention of it, or hints of making me feel bad for doing so. Totally 100% professional. I was aghast. The Audi A4 I purchased is the car I worked extremely hard to obtain, thus the car of my dreams. Up to this point in my life, my experience suggested buying this car would be cold and unfriendly. It wasn't that at all, and I am so glad. Buying from Audi Dallas made this life milestone/goal that much better! It was very enjoyable from the first time I reached out online, to the moment I drove my new Audi off the lot. I'm looking forward to being a repeat customer of Audi Dallas for many years to come. More
We weren't looking for an Audi, but Audi Dallas had a late model used car we were interested in. Even though we were "off-brand", everyone we worked with was welcoming, courteous, and patient as we work late model used car we were interested in. Jeff Davidson went the "extra mile", driving the car to a different location so my wife could see it after I had made a solo "reconnaissance " visit to Audi Dallas.
