I was in a car wreck and needed a new car on a very short time frame. Stephen was professional, conscientious, and had an honest no-nonsense approach to his sales process. He had me in a beautiful new car within a few days of calling him - zero hassle. That was just the beginning of Stephen's outstanding service though. Since then, he has made things happen for me when issues arise (as they sometimes do, through no fault of the dealership or sales person). Stephen goes truly above and beyond, as well as outside the box, to make sure his customers love their Audi experience and keep coming back. He's not selling cars -- he's building relationships. If you're already a proud Audi owner, and need any kind of auto service/repair, Jordan Windham at Audi Dallas Service is the man to see. Incredibly thorough, professional, and pleasant experience I had the pleasure of having Stephen R. guide me through my very first Audi car purchasing experience. Due to my lack of knowledge about cars and mode I had the pleasure of having Stephen R. guide me through my very first Audi car purchasing experience. Due to my lack of knowledge about cars and model types, Steven not only patiently spent hours answering all of my questions (including phone calls for after the car was purchased!) but I also ended up with the Q3 that I'm absolutely in love with. Car dealerships sometimes have a reputation of trying to maximize their profits by selling you the priciest package or needless upgrades - that was not the case at Audi Dallas. In fact, I felt like it was the opposite where Stephen tried to find me the best deal when he could have easily sold me something pricier. The Audi Dallas team is phenomenal and I highly recommend anyone searching for a new car to ask for Stephen R. as the car specialist. His vast knowledge and experience with all types of vehicles, professionalism, and timeliness makes car purchasing fun! More
Audi Dallas has been a great place to have our 2013 Audi serviced since the day we bought it new. Having said that, we are extremely disappointed in the disconnect between the dealership and Audi corporate serviced since the day we bought it new. Having said that, we are extremely disappointed in the disconnect between the dealership and Audi corporate as respects warranty matters. In late 2018, we had to replace the water pump on our Allroad and had only 65,000 miles on the vehicle. Unbeknownst to us, Audi had extended the warranty on the water pump to 100,000 miles. Had the dealer known this, we would have saved approximately $1600. It is unknown at this time if Audi Dallas will intervene on our behalf to secure a reimbursement of the $1600 we spent for a covered repair or, alternatively, secure a credit for forthcoming service work. Now, to add more fuel to our disappointment, we learned this week when going the 75,000 mile service, we needed all of the engine gaskets replaced because the engine was leaking oil. In our opinion, we believe the gaskets may have been compromised when the water pump was replaced just months earlier at 65,000 miles. It is unfathomable that a 2013 Allroad would need both the water pump and all engine gaskets replaced in such a short time interval of 7000 miles. Moreover, if there had been any indication of a gasket issue, it would have been noticeable at 65000 miles when the water pump was being replaced. We were planning on upgrading to a new Allroad in the near future but that is out of the question now given our recent experience. We would be very grateful if Audi Corporate or Audi Dallas could step up to provide a material degree of restitution. Don and Elizabeth McLaughlin More
