I will NEVER take my car back to this dealership I received the WORST customer service at this dealership. I was treated so unprofessionally by the Rep at the service department . All I can say about this department is that the Rep was rude, unresponsive and dishonest. I would never again trust them with my car. I will be filing a complaint with the Department of Consumer Affairs. By the way, I purchased my car from this dealership and only had an extremely positive experience. I was told I would need $3800 in repairs to my 2015 Audi . I took my car to another mechanic who determined I needed $300 in repairs! Shame on you Audi of Dallas. More
