Good Sales Manager, Below Average Salesman Salesman did not seem to take the time to invest in me as a customer. Instead, he seemed too busy to mess with us, and was fairly aloof during the tes Salesman did not seem to take the time to invest in me as a customer. Instead, he seemed too busy to mess with us, and was fairly aloof during the test drive, on his cellphone during the drive, and would only explain features when asked. He did the absolute minimum during the sales process. Unimpressive experience. By contrast, once the sales manager got involved things changed quite a bit. He was clearly trained on customer service, and he alone saved the sale. He seemed to care we were there to purchase a sedan, and worked with us on the price. . More
