John Paul, a salesman, is fantastic, personable, and efficient - I really enjoyed working with him. The little touches of bringing the car I was interested in to the showroom floor on the day I was ready to buy, and even putting my name on a sign on the rear view mirror, were very nice. And then Brett, a manager, was honestly great - not overly sales-y, but seemed genuine and caring, and got down to the price I wanted. The customer waiting area is stocked well, and they're also growing and building new space to be completed by end of year. Definitely pleased and they held true to their promise of "having me walk out with a smile." More

She was kind and considerate to bring my 6-yr old son lunch because she knew we were there all day and he had not eaten. She is truly a caring person and made the car purchasing experience very comfortable and stress free. Which is not how I would describe other salespeople. I had to return to the dealer for a few minor issues and she followed through and took care of every issue end to end, so that I would not have to be stressed or deal with bureaucracy. I get to the dealership, Mr. Ruiz greeted me and asked if I was looking for an A5 or A4. I said no it’s the 2013 Ford Explorer that we emailed about. He then goes to get the keys to test drive. 20 mins later and he come out saying oh I’m sorry the car was sold yesterday. Then Mr. Ruiz says I probably should have checked and let you know. So obviously you can understand my frustration. It’s okay though, I took my business down the road and purchased a vehicle. First and last experience with Audi Dallas. More
Excellent Experience I walked into the dealer at 5 pm last Saturday and asked for assistance. Tomas Garcia was intoduced to me. I had already done homework on the Audi A6 I walked into the dealer at 5 pm last Saturday and asked for assistance. Tomas Garcia was intoduced to me. I had already done homework on the Audi A6 i thought i was looking for; consequently, Tomas took me right to the inventory on his computer to show me their stock and explained the features equating to the price differences. He then had a valet take us to look at the cars i was interested in. He was familiar with each; thus , within 15 minutes we concluded looking at them. I was pleased that they had the color combination i was seeking on a premium plus but lucked out that it was also a quattro. We went back to his offic and his manager , Brett, came to introduce himself and we struck a deal pretty rapidly (it was 6 pm and closing time). Since the car would not be avaiable until monday, we shook hands on the price and would initiate the paperwork monday. On Monday, Tomas picked me up at my office. I always dread dealing with a car dealer’s finance department but worked with Tom H. and he was profesional doing his job in reviewing extra options and not pushy. Buying a new car is never an enjoyable experience to me given the number of people and time involved but i was pleased with my experience with Tomas, Brett and Tom. More
