As a customer I can foresee parking and traffic issues in the near term and do not see a plan to correct this. I did see the new construction but, it looks like it will just add to a bad situation. Since I must travel from west of Fort Worth to Dallas to service the vehicle the parking situation concerns me. I used a online service to locate the car I wanted and Dallas Audi and Fort Worth Audi both responded, Dallas Audi did offer a better deal but not until we visited the dealership and this did not live up to the advertising on the website, which stated they would provide the best pricing upon request. Fort Worth Audi did respond with pricing but did not have the car options available. More

Artie took his time with me to find me the perfect car. I custom ordered my car straight from Germany. We picked out every detail regarding the car. The three months it took to build the car and for it to be delivered went by fast. Artie immediately notified me when the car arrived. He suggested tinting the windows to give it a sportier look. I ordered a 2019 A5 and I couldn’t be any more happier with my purchase. Artie set the expectation and delivered. He was not pushy with me. Instead he was patient and kind. After my car was dropped off at the dealership they called to explain that there was one remaining prepaid service on my plan it had expired on a date limition. That was not explained to me when I purchased the plan or when I called to schedule service. More
