Chase Wright in Finance was also great. The CONS of the dealership: -When I searched inventory online and went in that afternoon, they did not have near what was listed online. The car I wanted was not even there. In the end, I did not get the color I wanted because I didn't want to wait for it to come in stock. I really only had 2 car choices (one of which didn't have the features I wanted) while online I saw at least 5. -I haven't had service, but I did go in for a wash and had them put on my plates. IMO, the department is not near the experience I had with Mercedes Plano. I can't speak for the mechanics, just the whole being 'greeted and treated' at Mercedes was better. I actually enjoyed getting service at Mercedes. -Speaking of plates. I never got a call that they were in. I called after about a month and the front desk said yes, they had them. When I went to get them, I noticed on the envelope a note that I was to have been called about 2 weeks prior. Nope, never got a message. Overall, I recommend, but not 5 stars. More

Their Word Means Nothing Audi Dallas agreed to pull the bumper of a used vehicle we were looking to buy and repaint/repair before we bought the car. They supposedly did that a Audi Dallas agreed to pull the bumper of a used vehicle we were looking to buy and repaint/repair before we bought the car. They supposedly did that and we bought the car. A few months ago paint started peeling around headlights, which is tell tale sign of not pulling bumper to paint, just doing so superficially. We asked that they redo it. Took the car in for a few service items, powder coated wheels and were told they would pull bumper and paint. 2 weeks later- this AM, they told us everything was done with the exception of a side marker that was out and awaiting a part (another thing we asked them to do while in- certainly on our dime.) but then A sales manager called to tell my husband they have not yet pulled the bumper or painted. They then said we had hit something that caused the damage. Total crap. We have had something fly up and hit the other side of the bumper, but that was after the original discussion that the bumper should be pulled and repainted on Audi and a completely different area. So, they lied about what they did before we purchased, what they would do while they had their hands on it fixing side marker and powder coating wheels AND lied about what they had completed or have yet to do. We chose to pick up our car- two weeks later, with the majority of the work not done. We would rather pay another dealership to do what should have been done right before we ever had our hands on the car. We will give someone else money to do it right, since we have little confidence in Audi Dallas. We are only as good as our word, and theirs is worthless. We are purchasing another vehicle this month- it won't be from this dealership. To add insult to injury, there is a black scratch across the passenger door on the driver's side. It was not there when we dropped it off. More

As usual, Marvin responded in minutes, found a slot and got me in. Marvin is an all-star and is hands down the best brand representative I have encountered. I waited for my car while it was being serviced and was out within an hour. While I didn't have my receipt in hand when I left, it was emailed to me before I got back home. A+ More
