Love my Audi! I’m hoping that now that I have my Beautiful Audi things will get better. My first experience with a Audi dealership was not good from the beginning. I’m hoping that now that I have my Beautiful Audi things will get better. My first experience with a Audi dealership was not good from the beginning. I put $1,000.00 down to hold the car I wanted and it was sold to someone else. I had to wait 3 months to get the car I wanted. Then, we were told there was no record of the $1000.00. Then, several options that we had been promised were not applied to my car. I guess the biggest disappointment was that the dealership could not find any of the original paperwork. We spent several hours at the dealership before I received my car. I do not hold Annabella responsible for any of these mistakes because she was not the original sales person that we dealt with, that salesperson no longer works at this dealership. I have been an Infinity owner for 14 years and LOVED their customer service. I fully expected the same level or better customer service at Audi. So far, I have been very disappointed. I will say that my Audi A5 Sportback is beyond BEAUTIFUL!!! I’m optimistic that things will improve going forward. More

Disappointed service - 55k service done on 29k mileage Needed 35k service - on 2012 A5 w/ 29k miles. Prepurchased service in July 2015. Told me I was not sold correct pkg-not aware different pkg as other A Needed 35k service - on 2012 A5 w/ 29k miles. Prepurchased service in July 2015. Told me I was not sold correct pkg-not aware different pkg as other Audi tried to sell same pkg- plus it was expired .. paid $829. Also told me I wasn't doing service intervals correctly .. last service was 8-2016. After lengthy discussion w/ service Mgr - George & new agent Cassie's ( which she told me - good I had a copy of pkg purchased- dealership has copies) told me they would take care. Picked up car & paperwork said "customer wanted 55k ??). I wanted 35k. Why would i skip two services & pay 800$ for 3 oil changes .. i thought 35k was spark plug change .. Cassie ( via phone w/ another service agent said would change spark plugs 85 k miles ??. Very disappointed in Audi & will not go back to Lemmon location. Also asked about oil consumption class action settlement ... said they would start the 1st of possible 3 stage process. Oil gauge was not at max level when I drove car home! I don't drive lots of miles...don't appreciate the way I was treated... Cassie told me she calked but didn't leave vcm.. my phone records all calls .. she didn't call. Also had Called & left her a vcm around 2 pm on 9-28 to confirm 9-29 appt (as need state inspection) done only after I got upset. She thinks I m satisfied.. I told her i wasn't & handle w/ Audi More

Recall experience Positive experience. They called to let me know of recall. Had to wait longer than expected when dropping off car but once they realized the length of Positive experience. They called to let me know of recall. Had to wait longer than expected when dropping off car but once they realized the length of time, the got a different service professional to start process. They kept me informed of process and costs. They took the time to fix other issue I mentioned when dropping off vehicle for recall part. Excellent service More

Bad customer service - Stay Away! Please read the negative reviews and stay away! I purchased a Q5 on February 11th. I didn’t even make it home before realizing that they had done the Please read the negative reviews and stay away! I purchased a Q5 on February 11th. I didn’t even make it home before realizing that they had done the paperwork incorrectly and had misallocated $800 of my down payment. After a few calls, I was able to get them to refund that money to me. Then I starting having problems getting the car registered because they were first slow in sending the paperwork, then they could not get the paperwork correct. After hours and hours of work and numerous emails, and SEVEN MONTHS of back and forth I was finally able to get the vehicle registered and license plates today! This delay ended up costing me an additional $400 in lost license plate/ registration credit from transferring them from my previous vehicle. The worst part about it was that no one in management would give me the courtesy of answering my numerous emails or phone calls, ever. If not for one man in the finance departments efforts, this may never have been resolved. The bottom line is that management and salespeople at this dealership will be really nice up until the time you sign the deal and will then disappear - This is not how to run a business or provide customer service. Please take my advise and stay away - I’m sure there are plenty of other high quality Audi dealerships. More
