I appreciate the fast response and I will say that if anyone at the dealership was this attentive and timely prior to writing this review, it may never have had to be written. I will note that the $400+ that I incurred because of the delay in getting my registration/plates processed was not even addressed, either by a previous email to the dealership or now in this current communication. Again, not the type of customer service worthy of an Audi dealership.
