Treated like dirt...ADAM is a condescending jerk! I took my 2015 A3 in for the only maintenance issue I've had outside of regular service. It was minor but a sensor defect caused the battery to die. R I took my 2015 A3 in for the only maintenance issue I've had outside of regular service. It was minor but a sensor defect caused the battery to die. Roadside assistance jumped the battery and when I took it in for service the asst. service mgr., Adam, explained that they would not have a loaner. I made other arrangements thinking it would be a quick fix. But I was very clear that it was NOT a battery issue - they needed to fix the root of the problem. Adam ignored me and kept my car for 36 hours without contacting me. When he finally returned my call he insisted that is was a battery issue that had been repaired. After complaining to the sales manager and the service manager, the repair manager was called in and asked if the car was repaired based upon my description of the problem. He said, "Only if you want the same thing to happen again." They sent me home, kept the car, ordered a new part over a holiday weekend and returned the car to me a week later. They were condescending, rude and incorrect with their initial feedback which caused this delay but still no loaner car for the duration of the nightmare! I will never work with them or lease/purchase and Audi based upon this experience. To add insult to injury: while I was waiting on the the service manager every single person in the crowded waiting area was having a similar disappointing experience. More
