While waiting, I noticed Nichole Guidry had an upgrade promotion flyer posted. I mentioned what would make sense for me to consider upgrading to the new 2017 Q7 (I really wasn't shopping for a new car...), and before I knew it Nichole had pulled up my account and said she believed we could get it done. The details were then worked out with Chris, and I’m now enjoying my new Q7. Again, an unexpected treat! More
