Mediocre Service and Zero attention to detail This dealership has zero sense of communication. They initially were working on a post-college Graduate lease with me and next thing I know I'm sittin This dealership has zero sense of communication. They initially were working on a post-college Graduate lease with me and next thing I know I'm sitting in the finance office presented with a Premier Purchase deal. No one could explain exactly what this was and why the initial lease that was presented to me was not what I was signing on to do. After finally getting my car, my license plates came in and I sat in the dealership for two hours because they had to completely replace my plate frame. It had been broken by the salesman who put my paper plate on. They then let me leave the dealership without putting on my front plate. They can't communicate with their team or their customers. I am happy with my vehicle. They did find the exact color combination I wanted and had it shipped to the Dallas location free of charge. Other than that, I've had nothing but a negative experience here. More

Tom answered all of our questions, dealt with us with honesty and integrity, and This was the second car I've bought from Tom Hutton at Audi Dallas. Tom answered all of our questions, dealt with us with honesty and integrity, and has a great sense of humor.
