JP made me feel like a Queen! I have never had an easier experience leasing a car. About a month ago, I walked in the Audi dealership, met JP and told him I was looking for a Red I have never had an easier experience leasing a car. About a month ago, I walked in the Audi dealership, met JP and told him I was looking for a Red A3. I gave him my budget and my non negotiables for the car. Within a day he had researched the available cars, prices, monthly payment, arrival date etc. With me wanting a Red one, we had to order the car and it took a few weeks to arrive. Just as promised, he was able to offer me a loaner Audi while we waited the few days for the car to finally arrive. He had given me an expected timeline of when the car would arrive and just as promised, it did. When JP called, we made an appt to pick up the car and on the day of, I couldn't be more excited to get to Audi. As we drove into the parking lot (on Valentines' Day) - there was my brand new A3 with my name in the window sitting right out front for me to see. It was so neat and truly made me feel special. GREAT customer service to JP and the team. Finally, I was a little worried that when we go to the "check out" process that something would come up that we hadn't discussed or I wasn't prepared to include in my "budget" - but NOPE. It was just as we had discussed and agreed upon and there was not one single surprise. I knew exactly how much I would need to put down - right to the penny. Easy as can be. I could not be happier with my experience and with my salesman. GREAT JOB. Oh, and I LOVE MY RED A3 and I feel confident I got a terrific deal on the car. THANKS JP and AUDI! More

Replacement Vehicle One month after purchasing my new car it was in an accident and was a total loss. While working out of the country, the Dealership worked with insura One month after purchasing my new car it was in an accident and was a total loss. While working out of the country, the Dealership worked with insurance companies by providing documentation and answered all of my questions allowing for the process to continue even while I was away. They offered a loaner car until they could locate a replacement vehicle. Turned out that I didn't need the loaner as they found me a replacement vehicle, worked out my financing and within 2 hours after arriving back home, I was driving away in my new Audi. I loved the car I originally purchased but I like this one even more. Thank you so much for your efforts and turning this very unfortunate experience into a positive. More

I was so thankful for my sales man Jesse Alejandro. He was willing to work with me and I didnt feel that heavy pushy sales like you normally exoerience at other dealerships. The manager Mike Woods is probably one of the nicest pre owned sales managers I have ever met. The fact that he was willing to work with me when I told Jesse the numbers I was willing to work around, really showed a lot. The finance manager as well, Troy was very nice and flexible.
