From the minute I met Don, it was a smooth experience. Not only was Don a good guy and fun to work with when buying, but Thomas Hornsby was great to work with when financing the vehicle. Don made sure he introduced me to all the people I'd be working with in the service department for routine maintenance and he set up all the electronics (seats, Bluetooth, GPS, etc) before I left the dealership. I wouldn't hesitate to return to Audi Dallas for our next vehicle. More
