I felt like I had to do most of the research and would've appreciated more expertise and recommendations. I ended up with what I think is the right vehicle for me, but it would've made me more certain and comfortable in the moment of making such a big decision, especially as my first car purchase. In addition, maybe having them take more time to ensure I knew all the options available with colors, engine size comparison, features inside the car, etc. Aside from that, the staff was very friendly, attentive, and professional.
